We recommend ages of 14 years and upwards. However, please note this is merely a suggestion and NOT a legal requirement.

Yes. All the scooters we sell are manufactured to European and international safety standards.

Yes, 12 months from the date of purchase provided the product has been used in accordance with its requirements.

Your scooter will be replaced free of charge.

Yes. If you are not happy with your scooter for whatever reason it can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.

It is charged using the battery cable supplied and no different to charging your mobile phone. Charging time is around 5 hours.

No, we can only ship to business or residential addresses.

The usual time is around 7 days.  Customer service will notify you of any delays should they happen.
